How fast can Titan get started on my project?+
Most interior tear-outs can begin within 5–7 business days. Rush scheduling is available for urgent jobs — call us for the soonest opening.
Do you handle the demolition permit?+
Yes. For projects that need permitting, we coordinate with your local jurisdiction so you don't have to chase paperwork.
What about asbestos, lead, or other hazards?+
For pre-1985 structures or known hazards, we coordinate certified hazmat inspection and abatement before any demolition begins.
Do I need to rent a dumpster?+
Not unless you want to. We can drop a dumpster, or simply haul everything off ourselves with our trailers. Your call.
Is hauling included in the price?+
Yes — every Titan quote includes loading, hauling, and disposal of all demo debris. No dumpster on your driveway, no separate haul fee.
Do you work with general contractors?+
Constantly. We schedule around framers, plumbers, and electricians — and we hit our dates so the rest of the trades aren't held up.
